Absolutely. Our infrared sensor array is designed to detect the physical interruption of the beam, not just the color or transparency. This is where our 3-Stage Electromagnetic Vibration System excels. By using three independent vibration plates with progressively increasing frequencies, the product is gradually thinned out and “singulated” into a single layer before reaching the detection zone. Combined with our high-speed logic controller, the machine can detect and count individual units even if they are traveling in close proximity.
The APC-8 is equipped with a multi-point sensor network that monitors bottle flow. If the intake sensor detects a missing bottle, or the outfeed sensor detects a downstream jam, the Pneumatic Gating System locks the counting head instantly.
