Questions we get before placing an order

Before You Order
How long does it take to get a quote?

Budgetary quote within one business day; firm itemized quote in 3–5 days.

Can you customize for non-standard formats?

Yes, most requests are tooling changes.

Single machines or only full lines?

Both.

Do you also supply upstream processing equipment — granulation, mixing, drying — as part of a full line?

Our published product range focuses on tableting, encapsulation,

coating and downstream packaging. For projects that require full-line

engineering including granulation, mixing or drying stages, our team

can scope this on a project basis — reach out with your specific

requirement.

Payment & Delivery
Payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% before shipment, T/T or L/C.

Lead time?

30–45 days standard; 45–75 days for configured lines.

Export documentation?

We quote FOB/CIF/DDP and handle all paperwork.

Compliance & Validation
GMP documentation included?

Material certificates, FAT reports,

IQ/OQ protocol templates ship with every machine.

Support for IQ/OQ/PQ?

Our engineer runs IQ/OQ with your team;

PQ run by your team with our support.

After You Own the Machine
Spare parts after install?

Log request via Support with serial number; ships within 5 working days.

Need a field engineer?

We triage remotely first; scope agreed before any travel.

Tablet Press & Coating
Can your tablet presses handle irregular or engraved tablet shapes?

Yes — our rotary tablet presses support round, annular, engraved and irregular tablet shapes within standard tooling specifications.

How do I know which coating pan size matches my press output?

Coating pan batch size should match your press’s hourly output within roughly one shift’s production — send us your press model and output, and we’ll confirm the right coating pan pairing.

Capsule & Softgel
What capsule sizes and fill materials do your capsule fillers support?

Standard capsule filling machines support sizes 00#–5# and safety capsules A–E, filling powder, granules or pellets depending on model.

Can the same line handle both softgel and hard-capsule production?

Not on the same machine, but both can share downstream stations (counting, blistering, cartoning) if line layout allows.

Counting & Bottling
Can your counting and bottling line handle non-round bottles?

Yes — our automatic counting lines are configurable for round, square and other shaped bottles within the size ranges specified per model.

What's the counting accuracy on your electronic counting machines?

Standard accuracy is ≥99.9%, verified during factory acceptance testing before shipment.

Packaging
What's the difference between DPP and DPH blister packing for our tablet?

DPP forming suits standard PVC/PTP formats; DPH is a higher-speed alternative for higher-volume lines. Tablet/capsule shape and target output determine which fits better.

Can your cartoning machine handle both bottles and blister packs?

Yes, within the paper box size range specified for the model — send your pack dimensions and we’ll confirm fit.

Semisolid
What's the batch size range for your vacuum emulsifying mixers?

Batch sizes scale from small pilot volumes up to large commercial batches depending on model — tell us your target output and we’ll match the right size.

Nutrition Packaging
Can your pouch/sachet lines handle both powder and liquid gummies?

Format and viscosity both affect the right filling head — share your product’s flow characteristics and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Maintenance & Spare Parts
Do change parts differ across your product range — tablet press, capsule filling, blister packing?

Yes. Each machine has its own change-part list matched to your specific model — include the machine model in your support request so we send the correct part.
