The APC-16C shares the 16-channel counting architecture of the APC-16 and adds two things the standard model does not have: fully enclosed vibrating tracks, and an automatic reject station that removes any bottle failing count verification before it reaches the capper.
Both exist for the same reason — sustained accuracy on products that generate dust. On coated tablets and high-friction nutraceutical powders, an open-track counter loses accuracy as powder settles on the sensors, forcing production stops for cleaning. The enclosed design keeps the sensors clear so the machine holds its count through a full shift.
