WZH-120P Bottle Cartoning Machine
Automatic Bottle Unscrambling, Leaflet Folding and Cartoning
Your bottles come off the labeller and someone puts them into cartons by hand, with a leaflet. The WZH-120P does that at up to 120 cartons a minute. It unscrambles and feeds the bottles itself — you do not need a separate infeed station.
1.Speed — 30 to 120 cartons per minute
2.Bottle unscrambling built in — round bottles, flat bottles and dropper bottles
3.Power — 220V single-phase, 1.5 kW
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- You pack bottles into retail cartons — round, flat or dropper
- You need under 120 cartons a minute
- Your carton is within 70-180 × 35-85 × 14-50 mm
- You want bottle handling built into the cartoner rather than a separate station
- You only have single-phase 220V
✕ Buy something else if…
- You pack blister plates → see the WZH-120-III
- You pack sachets → see the WZH-120D
- Your line runs above 120 cartons a minute → the WZH-260P is the bottle machine at 260
- Your floor is tight → this machine is 4,950 mm long, 1,795 mm longer than the blister version. The unscrambling section is what takes the space
Bottle unscrambling at the infeed
Bottles arrive from your labeller and the machine orients and feeds them itself. There is no separate unscrambling station to buy, install or synchronise. That is also why this machine is longer than the blister version — the extra 1,795 mm is the bottle handling section.
Round, flat and dropper bottles
The infeed handles round bottles, flat bottles and eyedropper bottles. Tell us which you run and send a sample — bottle shape is what the infeed is set up around.
Leaflet folding, 1 to 4 folds
Unfolded leaflet up to 250 × 180 mm, folded and pushed into the carton alongside the bottle in the same motion.
220V single-phase
This machine and the WZH-120-III are the only cartoners in our range on single-phase supply.

Two things decide the model, and speed is only the second one.
What you pack comes first. Blisters, bottles and sachets each need a different feeder at the infeed. In the 120 series that is three separate machines. Above 120 the machines are more general, except the 260P, which is built for bottles.
Carton size is almost the same across the range. Every model takes a carton 70 to 180 mm long. Only the width narrows slightly above 180 cartons a minute, from 85 to 80 mm. So you do not lose carton flexibility by buying speed.
Industry Applications
The WZH-120P is a versatile high-speed solution designed for industries requiring high OEE and gentle product handling:
Supplement bottles into retail cartons
Your bottle comes off the labeller and goes straight into a carton with a leaflet. This is the machine that sits at the end of a bottling line.
Dropper and liquid bottles
Eyedropper bottles and small liquid containers, which do not stand reliably on a general-purpose infeed.
Flat and oval bottles
Non-round bottles that a general cartoner cannot orient.
Changeover
Throughput sells machines. Changeover decides what you actually produce in a week.
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same carton, new batch | Recipe on the screen | 15-30minutes |
Carton length or width | Handwheels only — no parts to change | 15-30minutes |
Carton or product height | The pusher head and pusher block must be swapped | 15-30minutes |
Product format changes | The feeder at the infeed | 15-30minutes |
Closing style (tuck-in → glue) | Not a changeover. That is a rebuild | — |
Length and width are a handwheel. Height means changing the pusher. A different product means a different feeder. A different closing style means a different machine.
What to check before you buy
The five questions any supplier should ask you
What goes in the carton and how many. Carton dimensions and closing style. Leaflet format and whether it arrives folded. What feeds the machine upstream. Target speed. If a supplier quotes you without these, the machine that arrives will not fit the line it was bought for.
Carton sizing — where most projects go wrong
Manually packed cartons are usually a snug fit around the product. An automated pusher needs clearance. Send us both your product and carton dimensions. We will tell you before you order whether your existing carton runs, or needs modifying — rather than after it has been printed in quantity.
The documentation
Operating and maintenance manuals in English, electrical schematics, a spare parts list with part numbers and prices, and a signed FAT report before the machine ships. Ask any supplier to show you a sample manual page before you order.

WZH-120P Cartoning Machine FAQ
