WZH-260 High-Speed Continuous Cartoning Machine
High-Output Continuous Motion Architecture for Massive Scale Production
The WZH-260 runs 260 cartons a minute on a four-station planetary opening system with twice pre-forming. It handles blisters, tubes, pill trays, ALU strips and sachets. If you pack bottles, the WZH-260P is the same machine with bottle unscrambling at the infeed.
1.Speed — 260 cartons per minute
2.Formats — blisters, tubes, pill trays, ALU strips, sachets
3.Carton — 70-180 × 35-80 × 14-50 mm
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- You need up to 260 cartons a minute
- You pack blisters, tubes, trays or sachets
- Your carton is within 70-180 × 35-80 × 14-50 mm
✕ Buy something else if…
- You pack bottles → the WZH-260P has unscrambling at the infeed. Same speed, 1,503 mm longer
- Your carton is wider than 80 mm → the 120 series and the 180 take 85 mm
- You need more than 260 a minute → see the WZH-320
High-Speed Continuous Flow
Uses continuous rotary motion rather than intermittent start-stop movements, ensuring smooth product transfer and quiet operation at 260 bpm.
Planetary Gear Carton Opening
Equipped with a multi-station planetary gear system for outward opening, ensuring cartons are fully pre-formed and deployed before product insertion.
Servo Tracking Pushing
Features a multi-position tracking pushing architecture that glides products and leaflets into cartons simultaneously during motion, preventing collisions.
Fail-Safe Sensor Defense
Advanced tracking loops execute a strict “No Product-No Carton” and “No Leaflet-No Carton” logic to eliminate material waste.
Separated drive zone
The drive components sit behind the working area, not under it. Dust doesn’t collect where you clean, and line clearance is faster.
Massive Continuous Motion Output: Engineered on a heavy-duty chassis to achieve a stable production output of up to 260 cartons per minute without the stress of intermittent systems.
Integrated Mechatronics Ecosystem: Seamlessly combines mechanical links, pneumatic controls, photo-electronic sensors, and PLC logic into one robust operational unit.
Planetary Gear Carton Opening: Features a multi-station planetary gear outward opening mechanism that ensures high-rigidity cardboards are pre-formed and deployed completely.
Synchronized Leaflet Folder: Automatically folding and feeding standard documentation (1 to 4 folds) in complete synchronization with the carton feed.
Intelligent Product Rejection Loop: Utilizes high-precision tracking sensors to isolate and reject incomplete packages (missing product or missing leaflet) automatically at the outfeed.
Overload Shutdown Protection: Equipped with an automated mechanical overload shutdown function that halts the machine instantly to protect your core tooling and operator safety.
GMP Balcony Construction: The clean layout separates the rear drive components from the product handling zone, eliminating dust accumulation traps for fast batch clearance.

Two things decide the model, and speed is only the second one.
What you pack comes first. Blisters, bottles and sachets each need a different feeder at the infeed. In the 120 series that is three separate machines. Above 120 the machines are more general, except the 260P, which is built for bottles.
Carton size is almost the same across the range. Every model takes a carton 70 to 180 mm long. Only the width narrows slightly above 180 cartons a minute, from 85 to 80 mm. So you do not lose carton flexibility by buying speed.
Industry Applications
The WZH-260 is engineered for high-volume, continuous secondary packaging where massive daily throughput and absolute reliability are critical:
Pharmaceutical Mass Production
The ideal downstream companion for high-speed blister packaging lines (ALU-PVC/ALU-ALU), soft strips, vials, and ampoules requiring continuous, non-stop encasing.
Nutraceuticals & Supplement Mega-Factories
Perfectly automates the high-speed cartoning of multi-count supplement sachets, pill bottles, and health booster pouches.
High-Volume Cosmetics & Personal Care
Efficiently handles toothpaste tubes, high-end skincare creams, and beauty samples, ensuring scratch-free handling for premium retail packaging.
Changeover
Throughput sells machines. Changeover decides what you actually produce in a week.
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same carton, new batch | Recipe on the screen | 15-30minutes |
Carton length or width | Handwheels only — no parts to change | 15-30minutes |
Carton or product height | The pusher head and pusher block must be swapped | 15-30minutes |
Product format changes | The feeder at the infeed | 15-30minutes |
Closing style (tuck-in → glue) | Not a changeover. That is a rebuild | — |
Length and width are a handwheel. Height means changing the pusher. A different product means a different feeder. A different closing style means a different machine.
What to check before you buy
The five questions any supplier should ask you
What goes in the carton and how many. Carton dimensions and closing style. Leaflet format and whether it arrives folded. What feeds the machine upstream. Target speed. If a supplier quotes you without these, the machine that arrives will not fit the line it was bought for.
Carton sizing — where most projects go wrong
Manually packed cartons are usually a snug fit around the product. An automated pusher needs clearance. Send us both your product and carton dimensions. We will tell you before you order whether your existing carton runs, or needs modifying — rather than after it has been printed in quantity.
The documentation
Operating and maintenance manuals in English, electrical schematics, a spare parts list with part numbers and prices, and a signed FAT report before the machine ships. Ask any supplier to show you a sample manual page before you order.
Why buy from us
One point of contact — You deal with us for the machine, the installation and the service call. Custom feeders, closing configurations and layout changes go through the engineers who build it.
Installation and training — We install it, commission it, and teach your operators.
Spare parts — Wear parts listed and priced in your quote before you sign.
Lead time — About 1-3 months. European suppliers quote 18 to 24.
WZH-260 cartoning machine FAQ
The standard WZH-260 relies on high-precision mechanical cam linkages synchronized with a central drive motor to run at 260 bpm, providing a highly cost-effective, heavy-duty workhorse. The WZH-260P upgrades these links to a full multi-axis electronic servo drive system for faster digital changeovers and lower mechanical friction.
Traditional pull-down vacuum systems fail at 200+ bpm due to air resistance. The WZH-260 utilizes a multi-station planetary gear rotation type outward opening system that actively bends the score lines of the box, forcing it to open perfectly square while in continuous rotation.
Yes. The WZH-260 is natively built for automated packaging lines. It integrates seamlessly with high-speed capsule filling machines, rotary tablet presses, and especially our high-speed blister packaging lines, matching and modulating speeds via PLC signal feedback.
High-speed lines can lose thousands of cartons an hour if tracking fails. The WZH-260 checks every station via optical sensors: if an incoming blister or bottle is missing, the vacuum suction bypasses that station, preventing an empty carton from being drawn or a leaflet from being wasted.
It is a highly versatile high-capacity platform. It handles ALU-PVC/ALU-ALU blisters, soft ALU/ALU strips, pill trays, ointment tubes, medicine bottles, and even multi-count cosmetic or supplement sachets with basic adjustments.
Due to its streamlined design and intuitive mechanical hand-wheels with digital scale indicators, a trained operator can complete a full 3D format adjustment between different blister counts or bottle diameters within 20 to 30 minutes.
