APK-130 Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine
3-side and 4-side seal sachets, up to 160 ml, 60 to 80 a minute
You’ve outgrown a 60 ml sachet. This machine runs the same speed as the APK-110 on a wider format — up to 140 mm across and 160 ml a fill, which is where most protein and meal-replacement single-serves land.
1.Sachet size — 60 to 140 mm wide, 80 to 180 mm long
2.Fill volume — up to 160 ml
3.Speed — 60 to 80 sachets a minute
4.Dosing — servo auger for powders, volumetric cup for granules
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- Your fill is between 60 and 160 ml
- Your sachet is 60 to 140 mm wide
- You need 60 to 80 sachets a minute
- You run powders or free-flowing granules
✕ Buy something else if…
- Your fill is under 60 ml → the APK-110 costs less and takes less floor
- Your fill is over 160 ml → the APK-180 takes 400 ml at the same speed
- You need more than 80 a minute → the twin-output models run 120 to 160, but at a smaller fill
- Your product is a liquid or a cream → we build these for powders and granules.

Start with your fill volume. The twin-output models run twice as fast and hold roughly a quarter as much — two pouches share the width of the film.
Multi-Format Compatibility
Engineered for seamless transition between 3-side and 4-side seal configurations, offering the flexible tooling required for diverse pharmaceutical and cosmetic product lines.
Increased Format Flexibility
Engineered to handle wider sachet dimensions compared to standard models, providing manufacturers with greater versatility for larger dosage pharmaceutical or personal care products.
High-Speed Operational Stability
The lightweight walking beam design drastically reduces mechanical inertia, allowing the machine to maintain reliable speeds without compromising on sealing accuracy or pouch aesthetics.
Sealing Integrity Engineering
Dedicated sealing components ensure that the heat-sealing process is perfectly synchronized with material flow, creating a robust, bubble-free, and aesthetically superior pouch.
Industry Applications
Protein single-serves
A 25 to 40 g scoop of whey in a flat sachet. This is the fill range most protein portions land in.
Meal replacement portions
Larger fills than a drink mix, still inside 160 ml.
Greens and superfood blends
Fibrous powders that bridge easily. The agitator matters more than the speed here — send us a sample.
Probiotic and enzyme granules
Metered by volumetric cup rather than auger. Tell us the particle size.
What changing over involves
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same sachet, new film roll | Load the roll | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet length changes | Setting on the machine | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet width changes within range | Forming set adjustment | 15-30 Minutes |
3-side ↔ 4-side seal | Sealing configuration | 15-30 Minutes |
Powder → granule | Change the dosing unit — auger to cup | 15-30 Minutes |
What to check before you buy
Which dosing unit you're quoted
An auger meters powder by turns; a cup meters granules by volume. Ask which one is in your quote, and ask what it costs to add the other later if your product range changes.
Fill weight on your powder, not theirs
Every supplier's accuracy figure was measured on something. Ask them to run your sample and send you filled sachets with the weight spread.
Installation and training
Ask what's included and what costs extra.
Why Choose AIPAK?
Factory-Direct
You buy from the plant that builds the machine, not through a trading company. Custom sachet sizes, dosing units and layout changes are a conversation with the engineers who make it — not a request passed down a chain and quoted back three weeks later.
We Run Your Powder Before You Order
Send us a sample and we fill it on the machine you’re considering, then send you the sachets back with the fill weight spread we held. Every supplier quotes an accuracy figure; that figure was measured on somebody’s powder, and it probably wasn’t yours. A sticky greens blend and a free-flowing electrolyte behave differently in the same auger, and the only way to know which yours is, is to run it.

+1 (213) 526-8644 — phone or WhatsApp, 9am to 11pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. That’s 6am to 8pm Pacific, so it covers a full working day anywhere in the continental U.S. It reaches our engineers, not a call centre. Outside those hours and at weekends, message us and we’ll come back at the start of the next window. We’d rather tell you that than claim 24/7 and not answer.
Spare Parts and Lead Time
Wear parts — sealing jaws, film guides, auger tips — are listed and priced in your quote before you sign, so you know what year one costs. Lead time is 1-3months from order, confirmed in writing.
APK-130 Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine FAQ
Traditional systems often cause material to get caught within the seal zone, leading to weak points or leaks. Our independent sealing device is engineered to keep the sealing edges free from material clamping. This results in a high-integrity seal that is leak-proof and delivers a flat, aesthetic finish essential for pharmaceutical-grade packaging.
The “Lightweight Walking Beam” carriage is designed for high-speed production. By reducing the overall mass of the moving parts, we decrease mechanical inertia and drag. This allows the machine to achieve consistent speeds of up to 80 ppm without sacrificing accuracy, while simultaneously reducing vibration, mechanical stress, and long-term wear on the drive components.
The system is designed for high modularity. We offer versatile dosing integration, allowing the machine to be equipped with specific tools based on your product: Servo Motor Auger Fillers for precise powder materials, and Volumetric Cups for uniform granules.
Yes, the APK-110 is built for flexibility. The machine supports quick-change tooling to transition between 3-side seal and 4-side seal formats. This allows manufacturers to handle various product lines on a single packaging workstation.
Fill volume and sachet width. Same speed, same platform, same dosing options. The 130 goes to 160 ml and 140 mm wide; the 110 stops at 60 ml and 110 mm. If your fill fits in 60 ml, the 110 costs less.
At 160 ml. Above that the APK-180 takes 400 ml on the same platform and at the same speed — the machines are the same size, so it’s a straight fill-volume decision.

Send Us Your Powder
Two numbers narrow this down before anything else. How much goes in each sachet, and how many sachets a minute you need.
Twin-link is where those two pull against each other. Two pouches share the width of the film, so each one holds about a quarter of what a single sachet does — 100 ml here against 400 ml on the APK-180. If your fill is comfortably under 100 ml, you get double the speed for free. If it isn’t, no setting changes that, and we’d rather point you at the single-output machine.
Send us a sample of your powder and both numbers. We’ll run it and send you filled sachets back, so you see the fill weight spread and the tear line on your own product.
