APK-240 Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine
The largest fill among our twin-output machines — 180 ml at up to 160 a minute
Twin output usually means a smaller sachet. This is the exception: 180 ml and up to 120 mm wide, still at 100 to 160 sachets a minute. If your fill sits between 150 and 180 ml and you need speed, this is the only machine in the range that does both.
1.Speed — 100 to 160 sachets a minute
2.Fill volume — up to 180 ml, the largest of the twin-output models
3.Sachet size — 70 to 120 mm wide, 100 to 225 mm long
4.Twin output — two separate sachets at a time
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- Your fill is between 150 and 180 ml
- You need more than 80 sachets a minute
- Your sachet is 70 to 120 mm wide
✕ Buy something else if…
- Your fill is over 180 ml → no twin-output machine goes higher. The APK-180 takes 400 ml at 60 to 80 a minute
- Your fill is well under 150 ml → the APK-210D covers it and costs less
- You want the sachets joined → that's the APK-180T, at 100 ml
- Your sachet needs to be over 120 mm wide → the single-output APK-180 goes to 180 mm

Start with your fill volume. The twin-output models run twice as fast and hold roughly a quarter as much — two pouches share the width of the film.
Maximum Packaging Versatility
Engineered to handle the widest sachet dimensions in our industrial series, enabling manufacturers to process high-dosage or bulk-volume products in a single, high-efficiency workflow.
Reliable Industrial Throughput
The heavy-duty reinforced drive system is calculated to maintain consistent sealing accuracy and dosage precision even when operating under high-load, continuous duty cycles.
GMP Structural Integrity
Constructed with high-gauge SUS304 stainless steel and reinforced alloy, ensuring full compliance with international cleanroom and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
Industry Applications
Protein single-serves at volume
30 to 40 g portions where the line runs continuously and 80 a minute isn’t enough.
Meal replacement portions
The largest fills that still run at twin-output speed.
Greens and fibre blends
Bulky powders that take up volume without weighing much. Fill volume matters more than fill weight here.
Contract packing at volume
Several client products through one machine, at the top of the range’s speed.
What changing over involves
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same sachet, new film roll | Load the roll | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet length changes | Setting on the machine | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet width changes within range | Forming set adjustment | 15-30 Minutes |
3-side ↔ 4-side seal | Sealing configuration | 15-30 Minutes |
Powder → granule | Change the dosing unit — auger to cup | 15-30 Minutes |
What to check before you buy
Which dosing unit you're quoted
An auger meters powder by turns; a cup meters granules by volume. Ask which one is in your quote, and ask what it costs to add the other later if your product range changes.
Fill weight on your powder, not theirs
Every supplier's accuracy figure was measured on something. Ask them to run your sample and send you filled sachets with the weight spread.
Installation and training
Ask what's included and what costs extra.
Why Choose AIPAK?
Factory-Direct
You buy from the plant that builds the machine, not through a trading company. Custom sachet sizes, dosing units and layout changes are a conversation with the engineers who make it — not a request passed down a chain and quoted back three weeks later.
We Run Your Powder Before You Order
Send us a sample and we fill it on the machine you’re considering, then send you the sachets back with the fill weight spread we held. Every supplier quotes an accuracy figure; that figure was measured on somebody’s powder, and it probably wasn’t yours. A sticky greens blend and a free-flowing electrolyte behave differently in the same auger, and the only way to know which yours is, is to run it.
A U.S. Number, Answered by Us
+1 (213) 526-8644 — phone or WhatsApp, 9am to 11pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. That’s 6am to 8pm Pacific, so it covers a full working day anywhere in the continental U.S. It reaches our engineers, not a call centre. Outside those hours and at weekends, message us and we’ll come back at the start of the next window. We’d rather tell you that than claim 24/7 and not answer.
Spare Parts and Lead Time
Wear parts — sealing jaws, film guides, auger tips — are listed and priced in your quote before you sign, so you know what year one costs. Lead time is 1-3months from order, confirmed in writing.
APK-240 Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine FAQ
Traditional systems often cause material to get caught within the seal zone, leading to weak points or leaks. Our independent sealing device is engineered to keep the sealing edges free from material clamping. This results in a high-integrity seal that is leak-proof and delivers a flat, aesthetic finish essential for pharmaceutical-grade packaging.
The “Lightweight Walking Beam” carriage is designed for high-speed production. By reducing the overall mass of the moving parts, we decrease mechanical inertia and drag. This allows the machine to achieve consistent speeds of up to 80 ppm without sacrificing accuracy, while simultaneously reducing vibration, mechanical stress, and long-term wear on the drive components.
The system is designed for high modularity. We offer versatile dosing integration, allowing the machine to be equipped with specific tools based on your product: Servo Motor Auger Fillers for precise powder materials, and Volumetric Cups for uniform granules.
Yes, the APK-110 is built for flexibility. The machine supports quick-change tooling to transition between 3-side seal and 4-side seal formats. This allows manufacturers to handle various product lines on a single packaging workstation.
It isn’t the sachet width: this machine makes sachets 70 to 120 mm across.
Fill volume, mainly. Both are twin-output at a similar speed. The 240 takes 180 ml and a 120 mm sachet; the 210D takes 150 ml and 105 mm. If your fill fits in 150 ml, the 210D costs less.

Send Us Your Powder
Two numbers narrow this down before anything else. How much goes in each sachet, and how many sachets a minute you need.
Twin-link is where those two pull against each other. Two pouches share the width of the film, so each one holds about a quarter of what a single sachet does — 100 ml here against 400 ml on the APK-180. If your fill is comfortably under 100 ml, you get double the speed for free. If it isn’t, no setting changes that, and we’d rather point you at the single-output machine.
Send us a sample of your powder and both numbers. We’ll run it and send you filled sachets back, so you see the fill weight spread and the tear line on your own product.
