- Commissioning, installation & mechanical assembly

Before You Submit A Request
Support questions, by equipment type
Log a request below with your machine’s model and serial number. Standard wear parts (punches, dies, seals, filling nozzles) ship within 5 working days.
Yes. Each machine has its own change-part list matched to your specific model — for example, tooling sets for tablet presses, filling pins for capsule fillers, and forming molds for blister packers. Your support request should include the machine model so we send the correct part.
Both. If your line includes multiple AIPAK machines — for example a wet granulator feeding a fluid bed dryer feeding a tablet press — our engineers troubleshoot the line as a system, not machine by machine, since issues at one station often show up as symptoms at
the next.
We triage every fault remotely first — most issues with tablet presses, capsule fillers and packaging lines can be diagnosed over video call. If a site visit is genuinely required, we scope the work and timeline before booking travel.
Yes — for multi-machine lines (such as a granulation line or a tablet-to-blister packaging line), we coordinate commissioning across all stations in one visit rather than scheduling separate trips per machine.
Yes — spare parts and technical support remain available for the working life of the machine, not just the warranty window.
Yes. We configure electrical specifications (voltage, frequency, control panel language) to your local standard before shipment, and our support team keeps your machine’s specific configuration on file for any future service request.
Yes — either on-site during commissioning or via video-based training afterward, covering both routine operation and basic troubleshooting for your specific machine or line.
