Cross-Contamination Protection
The dosing area is fully enclosed, so oil spray and airborne dust cannot reach the drive mechanism below. The moulds, transfer tray and pump components disassemble without tools for wipe-down cleaning between batches. Product-contact materials: The dosing components — metering rod, steering valve and plunger — are industrial ceramic, chosen because ceramic holds a microscopically tight fit without a rubber seal, does not swell or expand thermally, and is chemically inert to oils, solvents and active ingredients. Remaining contact surfaces are 316L stainless steel. Material certificates are supplied with every machine.
