APK-180T Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine
Twin-link sachets — two pouches joined by a perforation, 120 to 160 a minute
A twice-daily supplement means two sachets. This machine makes them joined together, with a perforation down the middle, so the customer tears one off and keeps the other in the box. It’s the only model in our sachet range that does it — and because two pouches form side by side, it runs twice as fast as the single-output machines at a quarter of the fill.
1. Twin-link sachets: two pouches joined by a perforation, the only model in the range
2. Speed: 120 to 160 sachets a minute
3. Sachet size: 60 to 90 mm wide, 80 to 225 mm long
4. Fill volume: up to 100 ml
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- Your product is a twice-daily dose and you want both sachets in one pack
- Your fill is 100 ml or less per sachet
- You need 120 to 160 sachets a minute
- Your sachet is 60 to 90 mm wide
✕ Buy something else if…
- You want separate sachets, not joined ones → the APK-210D runs the same speed with a bigger fill, at 150 ml
- Your fill is over 100 ml → twin-link halves the width available to each pouch. The single-output APK-180 takes 400 ml, at half the speed
- You only run one dose a day → you're paying for a perforation you don't need
- Your product is a liquid or a cream → we build these machines for powders and granules

Start with your fill volume. The twin-output models run twice as fast and hold roughly a quarter as much — two pouches share the width of the film.
Integrated Data Compliance
The “T” series designation includes an integrated coding module, streamlining pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by eliminating the need for separate downstream marking equipment.
Maximum Format Versatility
Engineered to handle the widest sachet dimensions in our series, enabling manufacturers to consolidate multiple product lines into a single, high-efficiency workstation.
High-Volume Throughput Reliability
The reinforced drive system is designed to maintain consistent sealing accuracy and dosage precision even when operating under high-load, continuous duty cycles.
GMP Structural Integrity
Constructed with heavy-gauge, washdown-ready SUS304 steel, ensuring full compliance with international cleanroom and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
Industry Applications
Twice-daily supplement doses
Two sachets joined, one torn off in the morning and one at night. The format this machine exists for.
AM/PM formula pairs
Two different powders in the two halves — an energy blend and a sleep blend, for instance.
Trial and sample packs
Two servings in one pack, handed out at a trade show or included with a first order.
Electrolyte and drink mix powders
Small fills at high speed. At 100 ml the twin-link format suits single-serve drink powders better than it suits protein.
What changing over involves
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same sachet, new film roll | Load the roll | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet length changes | Setting on the machine | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet width changes within range | Forming set adjustment | 15-30 Minutes |
3-side ↔ 4-side seal | Sealing configuration | 15-30 Minutes |
Powder → granule | Change the dosing unit — auger to cup | 15-30 Minutes |
What to check before you buy
Which dosing unit you're quoted
An auger meters powder by turns; a cup meters granules by volume. Ask which one is in your quote, and ask what it costs to add the other later if your product range changes.
Fill weight on your powder, not theirs
Every supplier's accuracy figure was measured on something. Ask them to run your sample and send you filled sachets with the weight spread.
Installation and training
Ask what's included and what costs extra.
Why Choose AIPAK?
Factory-Direct
You buy from the plant that builds the machine, not through a trading company. Custom sachet sizes, dosing units and layout changes are a conversation with the engineers who make it — not a request passed down a chain and quoted back three weeks later.
We Run Your Powder Before You Order
Send us a sample and we fill it on the machine you’re considering, then send you the sachets back with the fill weight spread we held. Every supplier quotes an accuracy figure; that figure was measured on somebody’s powder, and it probably wasn’t yours. A sticky greens blend and a free-flowing electrolyte behave differently in the same auger, and the only way to know which yours is, is to run it.

+1 (213) 526-8644 — phone or WhatsApp, 9am to 11pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. That’s 6am to 8pm Pacific, so it covers a full working day anywhere in the continental U.S. It reaches our engineers, not a call centre. Outside those hours and at weekends, message us and we’ll come back at the start of the next window. We’d rather tell you that than claim 24/7 and not answer.
Spare Parts and Lead Time
Wear parts — sealing jaws, film guides, auger tips — are listed and priced in your quote before you sign, so you know what year one costs. Lead time is 1-3months from order, confirmed in writing.
APK-180T Automatic Sachet Packaging Machine FAQ
Two pouches formed side by side and joined by a perforated line. The customer tears one off and the other stays sealed. For a twice-daily product that’s one pack instead of two, and one carton instead of two.
Almost everything except the platform. The 180 makes single sachets up to 400 ml at 60 to 80 a minute. The 180T makes joined pairs up to 100 ml at 120 to 160. Same frame, same footprint, different job.
Two pouches share the width of the film, so each one gets less than half. That’s arithmetic rather than a design compromise — if you need 400 ml, you need a single-output machine.
Yes. You can easily disable the twin-bag linking function. Once turned off, it operates as a standard high-speed dual-lane machine, cutting every single sachet individually.

Two numbers narrow this down before anything else. How much goes in each sachet, and how many sachets a minute you need.
Twin-link is where those two pull against each other. Two pouches share the width of the film, so each one holds about a quarter of what a single sachet does — 100 ml here against 400 ml on the APK-180. If your fill is comfortably under 100 ml, you get double the speed for free. If it isn’t, no setting changes that, and we’d rather point you at the single-output machine.
Send us a sample of your powder and both numbers. We’ll run it and send you filled sachets back, so you see the fill weight spread and the tear line on your own product.
