APK-210D Horizontal Sachet Packaging Machine
Twin output — two sachets at a time, 120 to 160 a minute
Two pouches form side by side instead of one, so the machine turns out twice as many sachets without running the film any faster. The trade-off is width: each pouch gets half the film, which puts the fill at 150 ml instead of 400.
1.Speed — 120 to 160 sachets a minute
2.Twin output — two separate sachets at a time, not joined
3.Sachet size — 60 to 105 mm wide, 90 to 225 mm long
4.Fill volume — up to 150 ml
Is this the right machine for you?
✓ Yes, if…
- You need more than 80 sachets a minute
- Your fill is 150 ml or less
- Your sachet is 60 to 105 mm wide
- You run one product for long stretches — speed pays back on long runs
✕ Buy something else if…
- Your fill is over 150 ml → the APK-240 takes 180 ml at a similar speed; above that you're back to the single-output machines at 60 to 80 a minute
- You want the two sachets joined → that's the APK-180T, at 100 ml
- Your volume doesn't need 120 a minute → the APK-130 takes a bigger fill for less

Start with your fill volume. The twin-output models run twice as fast and hold roughly a quarter as much — two pouches share the width of the film.
Gravity-Optimized Filling
The horizontal orientation prevents vertical dropping issues, making it the ideal workstation for filling delicate granules or viscous liquids that require precise positioning.
Format Flexibility
Designed to support a wide range of sachet sizes and 3-side/4-side seal configurations, offering manufacturers the agility to pivot between different product lines.
High-Volume Throughput Reliability
The reinforced horizontal drive system is engineered to handle continuous duty cycles without compromising on sealing accuracy or dosing precision.
GMP Structural Integrity
Constructed from heavy-gauge SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum, the machine is built for rigorous pharmaceutical cleanroom environments.
Industry Applications
Electrolyte and drink mix powders
Small fills at volume. The category where twin output pays back fastest.
Vitamin and mineral powders
Single-serve portions under 150 ml, run continuously.
Probiotic and enzyme granules
Free-flowing granules on a volumetric cup, at high speed.
Contract packing
Where sachets per shift decides how many client orders fit into a week.
What changing over involves
What changed | What you adjust | Roughly |
Same sachet, new film roll | Load the roll | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet length changes | Setting on the machine | 15-30 Minutes |
Sachet width changes within range | Forming set adjustment | 15-30 Minutes |
3-side ↔ 4-side seal | Sealing configuration | 15-30 Minutes |
Powder → granule | Change the dosing unit — auger to cup | 15-30 Minutes |
What to check before you buy
Which dosing unit you're quoted
An auger meters powder by turns; a cup meters granules by volume. Ask which one is in your quote, and ask what it costs to add the other later if your product range changes.
Fill weight on your powder, not theirs
Every supplier's accuracy figure was measured on something. Ask them to run your sample and send you filled sachets with the weight spread.
Installation and training
Ask what's included and what costs extra.
Why Choose AIPAK?
Factory-Direct
You buy from the plant that builds the machine, not through a trading company. Custom sachet sizes, dosing units and layout changes are a conversation with the engineers who make it — not a request passed down a chain and quoted back three weeks later.
We Run Your Powder Before You Order
Send us a sample and we fill it on the machine you’re considering, then send you the sachets back with the fill weight spread we held. Every supplier quotes an accuracy figure; that figure was measured on somebody’s powder, and it probably wasn’t yours. A sticky greens blend and a free-flowing electrolyte behave differently in the same auger, and the only way to know which yours is, is to run it.
A U.S. Number, Answered by Us
+1 (213) 526-8644 — phone or WhatsApp, 9am to 11pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. That’s 6am to 8pm Pacific, so it covers a full working day anywhere in the continental U.S. It reaches our engineers, not a call centre. Outside those hours and at weekends, message us and we’ll come back at the start of the next window. We’d rather tell you that than claim 24/7 and not answer.
Spare Parts and Lead Time
Wear parts — sealing jaws, film guides, auger tips — are listed and priced in your quote before you sign, so you know what year one costs. Lead time is 1-3months from order, confirmed in writing.
APK-210D Horizontal Sachet Packaging Machine FAQ
Traditional systems often cause material to get caught within the seal zone, leading to weak points or leaks. Our independent sealing device is engineered to keep the sealing edges free from material clamping. This results in a high-integrity seal that is leak-proof and delivers a flat, aesthetic finish essential for pharmaceutical-grade packaging.
The “Lightweight Walking Beam” carriage is designed for high-speed production. By reducing the overall mass of the moving parts, we decrease mechanical inertia and drag. This allows the machine to achieve consistent speeds of up to 80 ppm without sacrificing accuracy, while simultaneously reducing vibration, mechanical stress, and long-term wear on the drive components.
The system is designed for high modularity. We offer versatile dosing integration, allowing the machine to be equipped with specific tools based on your product: Servo Motor Auger Fillers for precise powder materials, and Volumetric Cups for uniform granules.
Yes, the APK-110 is built for flexibility. The machine supports quick-change tooling to transition between 3-side seal and 4-side seal formats. This allows manufacturers to handle various product lines on a single packaging workstation.
Two pouches form, fill and seal side by side on the same film. The machine indexes once and produces two sachets, so the output doubles without the film running faster.
No — they’re cut apart. If you want them joined by a perforation for a twice-daily dose, that’s the APK-180T.
Two pouches share the width of the film, so each gets less than half. That’s arithmetic, not a design limit: 150 ml here, against 400 ml on the APK-180 at half the speed.

Two numbers narrow this down before anything else. How much goes in each sachet, and how many sachets a minute you need.
Twin-link is where those two pull against each other. Two pouches share the width of the film, so each one holds about a quarter of what a single sachet does — 100 ml here against 400 ml on the APK-180. If your fill is comfortably under 100 ml, you get double the speed for free. If it isn’t, no setting changes that, and we’d rather point you at the single-output machine.
Send us a sample of your powder and both numbers. We’ll run it and send you filled sachets back, so you see the fill weight spread and the tear line on your own product.
