WZH-120D Sachet Cartoning Machine

1 to 12 Sachets per Carton, with Automatic Leaflet Folding

You are counting sachets into cartons by hand — twelve to a box, or six, or three. The WZH-120D counts and packs them at up to 120 cartons a minute, with the leaflet folded and inserted in the same push.

1.Speed — 30 to 120 cartons per minute

2.Sachets per carton — 1 to 12, depending on sachet size

3.Also runs — condoms, adhesive bandages, plasters, coffee bags, face masks

1 to 12 sachets per carton

How many fit depends on your sachet size. The count is set on the screen. This is the parameter that decides whether your product runs at all, so send us a sample sachet with your enquiry.

Built for flexible packs, not rigid ones

Sachets, stick packs, condoms, adhesive bandages, plasters, coffee bags, face masks. Anything flat and flexible that has to be counted into a carton. Rigid products — blisters, bottles — go on a different machine.

Leaflet folding, 1 to 4 folds

Unfolded leaflet up to 250 × 180 mm, folded and inserted with the product in the same push.

Three-phase 380V, 4 kW

Higher supply and higher air consumption than the blister and bottle versions — 260 to 300 L/min against 120 to 160. Check both before you plan the installation.

Two things decide the model, and speed is only the second one.

What you pack comes first. Blisters, bottles and sachets each need a different feeder at the infeed. In the 120 series that is three separate machines. Above 120 the machines are more general, except the 260P, which is built for bottles.

Carton size is almost the same across the range. Every model takes a carton 70 to 180 mm long. Only the width narrows slightly above 180 cartons a minute, from 85 to 80 mm. So you do not lose carton flexibility by buying speed.

Industry Applications

Powder sachets and stick packs

Single-serve supplement powders, counted into a retail carton with a leaflet.

Patches and plasters

Adhesive bandages, transdermal patches and plaster sheets.

Face masks and single-use sachets

Flexible packs that have to be counted rather than weighed.

Changeover

Throughput sells machines. Changeover decides what you actually produce in a week.

Length and width are a handwheel. Height means changing the pusher. A different product means a different feeder. A different closing style means a different machine.

What to check before you buy

01

The five questions any supplier should ask you

What goes in the carton and how many. Carton dimensions and closing style. Leaflet format and whether it arrives folded. What feeds the machine upstream. Target speed. If a supplier quotes you without these, the machine that arrives will not fit the line it was bought for.

02

Carton sizing — where most projects go wrong

Manually packed cartons are usually a snug fit around the product. An automated pusher needs clearance. Send us both your product and carton dimensions. We will tell you before you order whether your existing carton runs, or needs modifying — rather than after it has been printed in quantity.

03

The documentation

Operating and maintenance manuals in English, electrical schematics, a spare parts list with part numbers and prices, and a signed FAT report before the machine ships. Ask any supplier to show you a sample manual page before you order.

Why buy from us

WZH-120D Cartoning Machine FAQ

How many sachets fit in one carton?

Between 1 and 12, depending on your sachet dimensions and your carton. Send us a sample sachet and your carton size and we will tell you exactly.

Why does this machine need three-phase power when the blister version doesn't?

The sachet feeder draws more than the blister feeder — 4 kW against 1.5. Air consumption is also higher, 260 to 300 L/min against 120 to 160. If your packing area has only single-phase supply, tell us before you order.

Can it pack blisters or bottles?

No. The infeed is built for flexible packs. Blisters go on the WZH-120-III, bottles on the WZH-120P.
